Dave Brucks brings experience in helping organizations use the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework to gain competitive advantage through a focus on performance excellence. He has over 20 years of Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement leadership experience in high tech, global manufacturing organizations. This includes four years of leading a global organization’s implementation of the Baldrige criteria as a continuous improvement framework.
Dave was a 2013 Baldrige Executive Fellow and has examiner experience with the regional and national Baldrige programs, including Communities of Excellence 2026. Management Systems Standards and Certification (ISO) and Business Resilience Partner
Graham Hull has owned and managed ley hill solutions limited since 2000, helping organizations of all sizes, across a wide range of sectors, with process improvement, management systems, and business resilience and excellence. Graham is very experienced in helping organizations implement ISO management system standards and achieve certification to these, especially when it comes to integrating the various standards, both with each other and within an organization’s strategy and operations. He works closely with UKAS approved certification bodies such as SGS and BSI. As well as having Lead Auditor status for ISO Standards 9001 (Quality) and ISO 27001 (Information Security), he has qualifications in the application of ISO 22301 (Business Continuity), ISO 45001 (Health and Safety), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 44001 (Collaborative Business Relationships).
Before setting up ley hill solutions, Graham had a successful career in a number of management roles ranging from operations to strategic development, working for large corporations such as Royal Mail where he implemented and managed the Business Excellence self-assessment program across 21 business units, involving nearly 220,000 people. Application Development and Refinement Partner
Steve George provides Baldrige assessment and application support to Core Values Partners clients that range from facilitation to complete assessment and application development and refinement. Twenty-one of the organizations he has worked with have applied for quality awards and received site visits and eleven have won awards, including five Baldrige Award recipients.
Steve has written and/or edited more than a hundred Baldrige applications, helping organizations describe their management systems clearly and completely. This enables leaders, managers, and examiners to develop an accurate evaluation of an organization’s strengths and opportunities for improvement and chart a reliable and achievable course to world-class performance.
