Management Systems Standards and Certification (ISO) and Business Resilience Partner
Graham Hull has owned and managed ley hill solutions limited since 2000, helping organizations of all sizes, across a wide range of sectors, with process improvement, management systems, and business resilience and excellence.
He has been an assessor team leader (ATL) for the EFQM Global awards program for over 20 years and has worked closely with the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and British Quality Foundation to promote excellence through workshops, leading recognition teams, and developing approaches that enable organizations to continuously improve. Over this time, Graham has led teams assessing a number of award-winning organizations and supported others to achieve recognition at the highest levels, having led or taken part in well over 100 site visits and assessments of one kind or another. He is an EFQM Certified Advisor and an EFQM Certified Trainer. As a Master Examiner for the American Health Care Association’s (AHCA) Gold level Quality Award, run jointly with the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) in the USA, he is one of the very few people worldwide to have taken part at the highest level of both EFQM Model and Baldrige framework based award programs.
Graham is also very experienced in helping organisations implement ISO management system standards and achieve certification to these, especially when it comes to integrating the various standards, both with each other and within an organisation’s strategy and operations. He works closely with UKAS approved certification bodies such as SGS and BSI. As well as having Lead Auditor status for ISO Standards 9001 (Quality) and ISO 27001 (Information Security), he has qualifications in the application of ISO 22301 (Business Continuity), ISO 45001 (Health and Safety), ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 44001 (Collaborative Business Relationships).
